All Monday and Tuesday classes that would be on the bank holidays in June, will transfer to the Thursday of that week, at your usual times

Distance Handling

Myself and Jo Fraser will be running join training sessions on Thursday 12th July. More details to follow, but will be held at Whirlwind Agility (postcode SL2 4HL). 5 acres of flat field, hardcore parking, toilets, local dog walks.

It will be 3 hours of training, split 1.5 hours with each instructor. £30 for 3 hours. Email or PM if you are interested whirlwindagility@aol.com

Despite mobility issues I currently have four grade 7 dogs, have competed at Crufts with 1 small dog, 1 medium dog, 1 Abc Dog, 3 large dogs.

 

 

Raffle and Donation

Thank you to all the Whirlwind Members that helped raise £152 in the Christmas Raffle.  This has been passed onto Allsorts Wildlife Charity.  And they were surprised and very grateful. 

Evening Workshop

Whirlwind workshop

We will be running some Whirlwind workshops on Thursday evenings (staring after Easter).

They will be 2-2.5 hours, cost £15 for club members £20 for non-members. We will works on things you need! So please let me know what you would like?

Club Update

As most of you will already know, Sue, has been forced to take some time out.  The club is still up and running, with guest instructors, and club members all helping out.(especially Niki). This is really appreciated and Sue will return over the next few weeks.  If there is anyone who is willing to take a mid-week class for a short period of time please let me know. Keep having fun and enjoy your agility, any problems just phone or text 07989 418021.

 

There are a couple of places available on the Toni Dawkins course on Friday 16th march.

Sunday Training Cancelled Today

Training is cancelled for Sunday 12th Feb due to ground conditions.

There is still far too much snow on the field and the ground is very hard. I think you will all agree that it would be unsafe and unwise to run your dogs. Please inform anyone that may not see this message. 

Wednesday Training Cancelled

The decision to cancel all classes for tomorrow, Wednesday 8th feb.

Ground conditions are still terrible and unsafe to train on. If things improve by friday or saturday i will run a class or two for those that wish to make up their lost lesson.

 

Sunday Training Cancelled Today

Training will be cancelled today, 5th February 2012.

The rest of the weeks training will be reviewed on a daily basis.

All training cancelled due to snow will be made up  Saturday, 24 March 2012.
