WINTER enrolment form
If you would like to book on the next course it will be 10 weeks long, starting week of Sunday 12th October , please complete and return the slip. The course fee is £55.00 due before 10th October 2008. Class places will be held on first come, first served basis with payment only. However it is important to book you place on the Sunday immediately, so please return this form as soon as you can. There are NO classes from 18th August until 31st August 2008.
The following dates will be pay on the day classes at £6.00 for 1 hour starting at – 6.00pm ;
