Agility:

Started with a BSD (Loki) who could not be let off lead and he would chase anything, in those days there were not the training technology we have today, so enjoyed training and doing demos.  Then got Willow who started training with Kathryn Tasker at 10 months old, spent as much time in the ring as standing outside refusing to work.  I also started training others at Kathryn's school and Watford Agility Club.  I won out of elementary in Willow's first year of competing, then 6 months later out of starters and qualified for Crufts in mini/maxi with Julie Docking and Millie, in 1997.  Then I got my first collie, Flea and trained my dogs and sometime taught at North Downs, Thames and Scrambles until I started my own club in 2000.   Also getting Rags to Crufts for Gilly, before she died of Cancer.

Most Embarrassing experience:

Falling down in a team run (think it was a Crufts qualifier) by the dog walk, managing to pull my trousers up, sunglasses back on, still get my contact, then getting E'd later in the course.  And Willow leaving the ring as a youngester and refusing to be caught, even with a big lump of cheese.

Most memorable experience:

Watching my students go from seeing them get their beautiful puppies or rescues and follow them though the classes, some progress to senior or advance, some just the joy of getting a clear round/rosette/trophy.  And spending as much time as possible with my own dogs and watching them grow and learn.

Future Achievements:

At the moment getting back to good health after a major back operations, but then to get back to teaching and competing.  And getting Mr Mercury to advanced (he has two agility wins so far).
